How does it feel for a devotee, who makes service for many years, when he hears that the temple president or the leader says or think: "Here we are two or three who make service!"? Any devotee would feel crushed, discouraged, realizing that the leader does not see or appreciate what he is doing.

Therefore I ask you once more that all temples should expose a list where all active collaborators and their respective area of service are honoured; this is fundamental. There should also be included any new contributor on the same list, and it should be exposed in some public place. And beside this list there should be the list of donations that you receive during the year of laksmi or other kinds; this is important.
